HORDB is an open-access and manually curated database harboring diverse annotations of peptide hormones including sequences, structures, activities, physicochemical, patent, clinical and reference information.It currently contains 6,787 peptide hormones information entries and 40 peptide hormones drug information entries(including 40 peptide drugs and 255 marketed pharmaceutical preparations information).
Users can get database data in the download area. The free services are offered for the purpose of providing access to summarized data, analytics, metadata, and bulk downloads. If you need the data from the HORDB for research, please cite the article of original author for general and clinical hormone peptide , or obtain the authorization for patent hormone peptide.Users can access other databases of our lab in other links. Other related databases are also included.

- ➢February 28, 2024 Supplement the 3-dimensional structures of 6,787 peptides using ESMfold and 1,000 peptides using AlphaFold2.

- ➢August 10,2023 Uploaded taxonomy information.
- ➢July 13,2023 Uploaded 1058 hormonal peptide data and supplement the activity data of all peptide information. 1,120 new target_unid fields and 299 half_life fields were added.
- ➢September 6,2022 Uploaded prediction structures 199 and PDB structures 54, remaining prediction structures will be uploaded in subsequent updates.
- ➢March 5,2022 The three-dimensional structures of all peptides are predicted based on AlphaFold and are being uploaded.
- ➢December 10,2021 Supplement the activity data of 15 peptide information entries and the 3-dimensional structure of 361 peptides.
- ➢October 4,2021 The download interface update provides the 3-dimensional structure of the peptides in HORDB.
- ➢May 30,2021 Added 15 drug information entries and integrated 3Dmol for viewing peptide 3-dimensional structure.
- ➢February 3,2021 Added three-dimensional structure information of 40 peptides.
- ➢December 1,2020 Some errors are fixed. 10 repeated entries are deleted.
- ➢September 6,2020 HORDB integrates the biological macromolecular sequence alignment search tool (blast).
